The Maintenance team performs preventative, repair, and troubleshooting activities; to facilitate a highly productive manufacturing process that experiences minimal downtime.
As the heartbeat of Sandler’s operation, the Production team must focus on the critical elements of safety, hygiene, and quality; to manufacture nonwoven material that exceeds customer expectations.
Quality Assurance is responsible for per-forming inspections, analyses, tests, and validations; to ensure that Sandler’s nonwoven material consistently exceeds the customers’ expectations.
The Warehouse department strives to organize and store all incoming inputs and finished products in a way that facilitates an efficient logistics process; ensuring that customers will receive quality product in a timely manner.
